1. What shipping methods do you use?
We offer two convenient shipping methods:
Standard and Express. Regardless of the method you choose, please allow 1-2 business days for order processing.
Shipping time
Standard Shipping typically takes 5-10 business days for delivery.
Express Shipping delivers within 3-5 business days.
Expanding our reach! We’re pleased to offer worldwide shipping, extending our services beyond the USA to reach customers everywhere.
Deliveries to Bulgaria, Italy, Greece, Sweden, Spain, Portugal, Australia, Ireland and South Africa are within 20 shipping days.
2. How much does shipping cost?
We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over $69 USD (excluding taxes, duties, and international processing fees).
For orders under $69 USD, standard shipping is $10, and express shipping is $15.
3. How can I track my orders?
As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing your tracking number. Simply click the link in the email or visit the courier’s website and enter your tracking number to follow your package’s journey.
4. Can you ship to a P.O. BOX address?
We do not currently ship to P.O. Box addresses. To guarantee secure delivery, please provide a physical street address for your shipping destination.
5. Do I need to sign my order?
For Express Air deliveries, our couriers require a signature upon receipt. To avoid any delivery delays, please ensure someone is present at the specified address to sign for your package.
