How to request a return for yoga leggings

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We carefully inspect every order before shipment. If you encounter any problems, please inform us right away, and we’ll be happy to correct it promptly.

Returns Policy

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item with its original tags and proof of purchase within 30 days for a full refund to the original payment method. Returned merchandise must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

Return Instructions
To start a return, please contact our customer service team at service@rexingyoga.com, state the reason for your return, and request a return authorization number. To simplify the process, we will provide you with a return label. Please do not send the product back to the original shipping address. Returns without a valid authorization number will not be processed.

Refund Timeline
After we receive and process your returned item(s) at our warehouse, you can expect to receive your refund within 3-5 business days. We will send you an email notification once the refund has been issued (please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable). Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time to post the credit to your account.

Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges for returns unrelated to the quality of the product. Please be aware that we cannot offer credit for items that are damaged during the return shipping process, or for other issues that are outside of our direct control. To ensure your return arrives safely, Rexingyoga recommend using a shipping method that offers tracking and insurance.

Final Sale Items:
Lingerie, socks, and items marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable and cannot be refunded. In these cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchange Policy:

Initiating an Exchange: To begin an exchange, you should contact their customer service team at service@rexingyoga.com to request a return.
Processing Time: After your return is received, allow 2-4 business days for processing. If you’ve requested an exchange, the new item will be shipped to you, and you’ll receive a new email with tracking information.
Shipping Costs for Exchanges:
If the exchange is not related to product quality issues, the customer is responsible for covering both the return shipping costs and the new delivery costs.
